Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Details you share in a quote request: your name, phone number, moving-from and moving-to addresses, service needed, move date and any remarks.
• WhatsApp messages you send us, calls you make, and email you write to info@metropackerandmover.com.
• Basic, anonymous usage data (pages viewed, approximate city) through standard analytics tools, used only to improve this website.

How we use it

• To prepare and send your moving quote, and to schedule surveys and moves.
• To call or WhatsApp you about your enquiry — always about your move, never to sell your details to anyone.
• To keep records required for GST invoicing and insurance.

We never sell, rent or trade your personal details. We share them only with the crew, insurance partner or transport partner directly working on your move, and with authorities where the law requires it.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Call +91 95860 72503 or write to info@metropackerandmover.com and we will act within 7 working days.
