Metro Packer & Mover started with one tempo, two labourers and a landline in Gotri. Fourteen years and 8,400+ moves later, the promise has not changed: pack it like it's ours, quote it once, and deliver on the date we said.
How we got here
In 2011 Vadodara had plenty of transporters but very few movers who would actually take responsibility for a cracked mirror. We started at the other end of that problem: count everything, pack it properly, write the price down, and answer the phone when something goes wrong.
Today we run a trained crew of packers, carpenters and drivers, a pest-treated storage godown, and vehicles from 8-foot tempos for single-room shifts up to 32-foot containers for full-household intercity loads. We stayed deliberately local: Vadodara first, Gujarat next, and the rest of India through routes we drive ourselves rather than sell to the cheapest bidder.
Who you'll deal with
Every enquiry is handled by a move coordinator who visits your home, and a supervisor who stands on site on moving day. Both numbers are yours for the whole move. There is no ticket queue, no aggregator in between and no mystery vendor turning up in an unmarked truck.
